Happy St. Nicholas’ Day
Firstly: The night before you have to clean your shoes, better your boots. Then you have to wait. And in the morning you open the door to the corridor seeing that your boots are filled with chocolate and surprises. Yeah, St. Nicholas’ Day is great 
This year I couldn’t celebrate the day completely because I had to work. Though it was Friday have to stay longer than the rest of the week. But this morning I met my family for brunch where I was overwhelmed by wonderfully gifts.
Highlight is the new iPhone 5S but this gift I bought by myself. After my old iPhone became slower and slower (it’s a 4, not a 4S) I decided for the new apple innovation gold and white. It’s so girly and even the shop assistant grinned and said: “Uh, how decadent!”

Erstens: Die Nacht vor Nikolaus muss man die Schuhe putzen, noch besser die Stiefel. Dann muss man warten. Und am Morgen öffnet man die Tür zum Flur und sieht, dass die Stiefel mit Schokolade und Überraschungen gefüllt sind. Yeah, Nikolaus ist toll
Dieses Jahr konnte ich den Tag nicht komplett begehen, weil ich arbeiten musste. Obwohl Freitag war, musste ich länger bleiben als den Rest der Woche. Aber heute Morgen habe ich meine Familie zum Brunch getroffen, die mich auch gleich mit weiteren Überraschungen überfiel.
Highlight ist allerdings das neue iPhone 5S, das ich mir aber selbst gekauft habe. Nachdem mein altes iPhone 4 (ja, nicht mal 4S) immer langsamer wurde, habe ich mich für die neue Innovation von Apple in Weiß und Gold entschieden. Es ist so mädchenhaft, selbst der Verkäufer grinste und sagte: “Uh, wie dekadent!”
Was ist mit euch? Habt ihr Nikolaus mit eurer Familie gefeiert und gab es eine spezielle Überraschung, die ihr besonders liebt?

December 7, 2013 at 3:36 pm (2 months ago)Ich bin gleich früh zu meiner Familie gefahren…v.a. wegen einem Zahnarzttermin, aber sie haben nicht mal ein kleines Loch gefunden, deshalb konnte ich mich auf meinen gefüllten Nikolausstiefel zu Hause freuen
Und mein Schatz hat mich auch mit einem neuen Buch überascht, obwohl er den Abend vorher noch sooo auf Stress getan hat und es deshalb nichts zum Nikolaus geben wird. Früh bin ich deshalb sogar im Halbschlaf an dem liebevoll verpackten Geschenk vorbeigerannt
