Oh, Christmas Tree – Oh, Tannenbaum
Oh, my dears. I noticed that in this season I’m in Christmas mood. Who could have think of that? In the last years I didn’t even got that it’s December, then suddenly it was Christmas and when I became cuddly finally everything was over…
But this time it’s totally different although I’m working my ass off currently at the newspaper. I have to change the departments every month so I said bye bye to the culture and hello to the news desk. Means that I have to organize the complete layout of the last magazine of the page. This is a loooot of work. But you see this couldn’t prevent me from the Christmas fever. My fever started on the first advent when I made the Christmas List for you and now look what I found, today (it’s nourishing my mood): It’s a cupcake! With a strawberry inside. Can you imagine how fantastic it tastes? I went crazy!
Because it was not that cold, today I decided for my short blazer I wore already at the revue event and a long sleeve dress. Look at the collar – with cheetah prints.
I’m soooo excited because it’s St. Nicholas’ Day tomorrow. Did you clean your boots? And what is your favorite Christmas delicacy?
Oh, ihr Lieben. Ich habe bemerkt, dass ich in Weihnachtsstimmung gekommen bin. Wer hätte das gedacht? In den letzten Jahren habe ich noch nicht einmal bemerkt, dass Dezember war, dann war plötzlich Weihnachten und als ich endlich plüschig wurde, war auch schon alles wieder vorbei…
Doch dieses mal ist es anders, obwohl ich mich momentan auf Arbeit wirklich wund ackere. Ich muss jeden Monat die Ressorts wechseln, also verabschiedete ich mich von der Kultur und hieß den Newsdesk willkommen. Das bedeutet, dass ich für die komplette letzte Seite zuständig bin und diese organisieren und layouten muss. Also, viiiiel Arbeit. Aber wie ihr seht, hat mich das nicht vom Weihnachtsfieber abgehalten. Begonnen hat das am ersten Advent als ich die Weihnachtsliste erstellt habe und jetzt schaut euch an, was ich heute entdeckt habe (das nährt meine Stimmung natürlich): Das ist ein Cupcake! Mit einer Erdbeere darin. Könnt ihr euch vorstellen wie absolut köstlich das schmeckt? Ich bin ja fast wahnsinnig geworden.
Da es heute nicht allzu kalt war, habe ich meinen Kurz-Blazer rausgeholt und ihn zu meinem Langarm-Kleid kombiniert. Man beachte den Kragen – mit Leoparden-Muster.
Bin ganz aufgeregt. Morgen ist Nikolaus. Habt ihr eure Stiefel auch geputzt?
