Hey my lovely dears,
today I’m so exhausted – you can’t imagine. I had been to the Louvre today, which means that it took a looooot of time to discover the whole museum (and I still don’t know whether I actually saw everything…). I like the former king’s palace and the glass pyramid within the complex, which always brought up a controversy. Of course it doesn’t match at all with the rest but somehow it became a huge part of it and I can’t imagine another view. Yes, I saw the Mona Lisa, which is really petite, but it’s a magnum opus of art and I love the painting.
For the long trip I decided to be incognito today – that is to say I wore my camouflage pants. I love the zippers at the ankles and the dark color as well as the stones on the pockets. Together with the short wool jacket I celebrated the whole military style.
After the Louvre I visited the Jardin des Tuileries with the awesome Musée de l’Orangerie. Here there are the huge painting of Claude Monets “Nymphéas” – the water lilies, which he painted until he went blind. I love him so much and I am truly sorry that I couldn’t take some pictures there cause it was strictly forbidden. Despite I hope that you enjoy my post.

ich bin heute sehr erschöpft – ihr könnte es euch kaum vorstellen. Heute war ich im Louvre, was bedeutet, dass es eine laaaaange Zeit in Anspruch genommen hat, das Museum zu durchkämmen und alles zu sehen (und ich weiß eigentlich immer noch nicht, ob ich alles gesehen habe…). Ich mag den ehemaligen Königspalast und sogar die Glass-Pyramide in dem Gebäudekomplex, die stets Kontroversen mit sich zog. Natürlich passt es absolut nicht zum Rest, aber irgendwie hat sie es geschafft Teil davon zu werden und mittlerweile kann ich mir keinen anderen Ausblick vorstellen. Ja, ich habe die Mona Lisa gesehen, die wirklich sehr klein ist, aber wahrlich ein Meisterwerk der Kunst ist und ich liebe das Gemälde.
Für den langen Ausflug heute, beschloss ich inkognito zu bleiben – sprich ich zog meine Camouflage-Hose an. Ich liebe die Reißverschlüsse an den Knöcheln sowie die dunkle Farbe und die Strasssteine an den Taschen. Zusammen mit der kurzen Wolljacke habe ich den Militär-Stil regelrecht zelebriert.
Nachdem Louvre bin ich in den Jardin des Tuileries mit dem wundervollen Musée de l’Orangerie. Hier hängen Claude Monets “Nymphéas” – die Seerosen, die er malte bis er erblindete. Ich liebe ihn so sehr und es tut mir so leid, dass ich keine Fotos machen konnte, weil das leider strikt verboten war. Dennoch hoffe ich, dass ich meinen Post genießt.

Aus diesem Grund mag ich Museen nicht so besonders – man geht morgens rein und vergisst die Zeit, dann verlässt man das Gebäude wieder und stellt fest, wie spät es schon ist und wie müde man eigentlich geworden ist :D

ich war im Sommer auch in Paris und im Louvre. Die Warteschlange war schon echt nervig, doch es hat sich echt gelohnt! Das Museum ist unglaublich!
