It’s M-O-N-D-A-Y and the clock starts ticking. But first of all let’s sum up the wonderful weekend: Did you have a great time? This Saturday I was at the Night of the Museum. From five to midnight the museums open their doors and present their diversities with various shows, guidances, readings and new exhibitions under a special motto. This night it was all about attractants – you can imagine that the night was very long!
So the evening started with a historic lesson at the school museum where they taught us the old German writings in original historical costumes. Here the teacher enticed with little effort cards. After this I visited the Museum of Paintings in my city. For easing up from all the impressions I designed my own emblem at a children’s station.
The guidance at the Grassi Museum was really spectacular! The guide told us about old fragrances, when the people started to wash themselves and when perfume became part of the daily cleaning routine. The last attractant was chocolate. With different ingredients we could create our own chocolate.
For this evening I’ve chosen my new lovely blouse in neon pink and sneakers, which reminds me of the 80s (the jeans give it the rest, lol!). Don’t wonder about the black flats and the blouson in the snapshots. I found these flats when I changed the museums and had to take them (beside my feet startet to hurt because of the secret heels in the high top sneakers…)
Es ist M-O-N-T-A-G und die Uhr beginnt wieder zu ticken. Aber lasst uns zuerst das tolle Wochenende rekapitulieren: Hattet ihr eine schöne Zeit? Diesen Samstag war ich zur Museumsnacht. Von fünf bis Mitternacht öffnen die Museen ihre Türen und präsentieren diverse Shows, Führungen, Lesungen und neue Ausstellungen unter einem bestimmten Motto. In dieser Nacht drehte sich alles um Lockstoff – ihr könnt euch vorstellen, dass die Nacht sehr lang wurde!
So begann der Abend mit einer historischen Schulstunde im Schulmuseum, in dem sie uns in Kostümen der Kaiserzeit altdeutsche Schriften beibrachten. Hier lockte die Lehrerin mit kleinen Fleißkarten. Danach besuchte ich das Bildermuseum in meiner Stadt. Um etwas zu entspannen, habe ich an einer Station mein eigenes Wappen entworfen.
Die Führung im Grassi-Museum war spektakulär! Der Leiter hat uns von alten Düften erzählt, wann die Menschen begannen sie zu waschen und wann Parfüm Teil der täglichen Reinigungsroutine wurde. Das letzte Lockmittel war übrigens Schokolade. Mit unterschiedlichen Zutaten konnten wir unsere eigene Schokolade kreieren.
Für diesen Abend habe ich meine neue neon pinkfarbene Bluse und Sneakers gewählt, die mich total an die 80er erinnern (die Jeans gibt dem Ganzen den Rest, lol!). Wundert euch bitte nicht über die schwarzen Ballerinas und den Blouson in den Schnappschüssen. Ich habe die Schuhe entdeckt als ich von einem Museum zum anderen gelaufen bin und musste sie einfach mitnehmen (außerdem haben irgendwann meine Füße, aufgrund des versteckten Absatzes in den Hightop-Sneakern angefangen haben zu schmerzen…)
