Jahr 2018 startet (nach gefühlt ewig langer Krankheit) bei mir mit einem ganz besonderen Trend: Schößchen – und zwar an Jacken. Es ist zwar kein von der Modeindustrie gesetzter Trend, sprich weder Magazine noch Internet sind voll davon, dennoch habe ich ein paar wundervolle Stücke auftreiben können und diese zu meinem Highlight erkoren – wie zuletzt hier auf Instagram.
Year 2018 starts (after a really long break thanks to sickness) with a really special trend: peplum – added on coats and jackets. Well, it’s not a trend set by the fashion industry, means neither magazines nor the internet are full of it, but I was able to find some nice pieces, which I’ve chosen as my personal highlight – like seen on Instagram recently.
Schößchen Styling – so geht’s
Schößchen können vor allem eins: wunderbar schummeln. Deshalb und weil sie Kurven schmeicheln, sind sie sehr beliebt – jedenfalls bei mir. Ich habe noch immer Basic-Oberteile von New Yorker als Peplum der letzte Schrei war und die Geschäfte überfüllt davon waren.

♡ enge Jeans sind ideal, denn Peplum lassen Beine optisch fragiler wirken
♡ bei Schößchentops wirken kurze Jacken besonders gut
♡ Röcke in A-Linie oder Bleistift machen den Look sexy

♡ Schößchen-Teile fallen auf – am besten den restlichen Style daher minimalistisch halten
♡ lange Röcke oder Lagen tragen in Verbindung mit Peplum auf – weg damit!
How to style peplum
Peplum pieces are really fab if you want to hide something and to emphasize your curves. This is why these pieces are really popular – well, at least for me and this for years now. I still own peplum basics by New Yorker, when peplum was the dernier cri and found everywhere in local shops.

♡ tight jeans are ideal, because peplum makes your legs look fragile
♡ add short jackets if you wear peplum tops
♡ skirts in a-line or pencil skirts make you look sexy

♡ peplum pieces are special and outstanding – keep the rest minimalistic
♡ long skirts or layers are too much in combination with peplum – let it go!

ein wirklich sehr schöner Look. Ich mag Peplum Teile auch super gerne, nur finde ich, dass sie an mir nicht so gut aussehen. ich weiß auch nicht, warum. Vielleicht muss ich mich einfach nur mal trauen, Peplum zu tragen :)
