Alexander McQueen once said “The world needs fantasy, not reality. We have enough reality today.” When I think about fashion and that street style bloggers has started to wear catwalk fashion 1:1 maybe our fantasy has gone. We see Chiara Ferragni completely wrapped in Louis Vuitton, Gigi Hadid in Givenchy and Anna Dello Russo in Chanel – such as always. She never wore anything else than the Haute Couture fresh right from the fashion weeks. But where does fantasy start and where does it end? It lies in glamour and a long midi skirt, which reminds me of Greece – due to its color. You can find fantasy in a light blue butterfly, which lands on the cold concrete ground [a pop of color on grey]. This is why I decided for a little bit of romance and summerly chic and try to celebrate what is left of this current summer: Nature. Also, one thing Alexander McQueen truly loved.

Wir sehen Chitra Ferragne komplett in Louis Vuitton gehüllt, Gigi Hadid in Givenchy und Anna Cello Russo in Chanel – so wie immer. Noch nie trug sie etwas anderes außer der Haute Couture, die frisch von den Laufstegen der Fashion Weeks kam. Aber wo beginnt Fantasie und wo endet sie? Sie liegt im Glamour eines Midi-Rocks, der mich dank der Farbe an Griechenland erinnert. Man findet Fantasie in einem hellblauen Schmetterling, der auf kaltem Betonboden landet [ein kleiner Farbklecks auf dem Grau]. Aus diesem Grund habe ich mich für etwas Romantik und sommerlichen Chic entschieden und versucht, das zu zelebrieren, was vom derzeitigen Sommer übrig geblieben ist: die Natur. Auch etwas, das Alexander McQueen absolut vergötterte.
