I don’t want to lie to ya: This is the real daily routine of a journalist. No glamour. No lifestyle. No fun. Ok, well no. It’s not that hard. But this job occupies lots of time. This is why I only have Snapshots for you, today. But I wanted to show you how my workplace looks like and what I experience. This morning for instance I had an interview concerning the “Lightfeast” here in my city what is really important for the Fall of the Wall back in 1989. It’s great to have external meetings but eventually you end up at your office writing the report. At least it’s fun and so I can do my bit for a better society

Ich möchte euch nicht anlügen: So sieht der reale Alltag einer Journalistin aus. Kein Glamour. Kein Lifestyle. Kein Spaß. Ok, also so furchtbar ist es jetzt doch nicht, aber der Job nimmt schon viel Zeit in Anspruch. Daher hab ich nur Schnappschüsse für euch. Aber ich möchte euch zeigen wie mein Arbeitsplatz aussieht und was ich so erlebe. Heute morgen zum Beispiel hatte ich ein Interview zum “Lichtfest” hier in meiner Stadt, das sehr bedeutsam ist für den Mauerfall von 1989. Außentermine sind schon toll, aber letztendlich landest du wieder in der Redaktion beim Reportageschreiben. Das macht Spaß und so kann ich wenigstens meinem Beitrag zu einer besseren Gesellschaft beitragen ;).
