Jeans Overall
Oh my god – I’m never gonna wear that shit again. My words – ten years ago. When I was a kid I used to wear jeans overalls a lot and years later I thought this will never happen again. But it did and now what? I love it! The jeans overall always had been comfortably and easygoing, but I pushed this piece of cloth in my past. Last week when I strolled through the city I discovered this overall and couldn’t leave the shop without it.
But: Sometimes it might be difficult to style this great jeans piece. The German InStyle said “don’t wear it with high heels”. Please! Fashion shouldn’t be a determination (beside I saw lots of street style girls in Paris and New York City wearing the jeans overalls with a thousand versions of high heels).
One thing is sure: The jeans overall is not perfect for everyone. Be honest – what do you think of it? Yay or nay?
Oh mein Gott – diesen Scheiß werde ich nie wieder tragen. Meine Worte – vor zehn Jahren. Als ich ein Kind war, habe ich oft Jeans-Latzhosen getragen und Jahre später habe ich gedacht, dass das nie wieder passieren wird. Aber jetzt habe ich es wieder getan und nun? Liebe ich sie! Die Jeans-Latzhose war schon immer sehr bequem und lässig, dennoch schob ich sie immer wieder zurück in die Vergangenheit. Letzte Woche als ich dann durch die Stadt gestreunt bin, habe ich diesen Overall entdeckt und konnte den Laden leider nicht ohne ihn verlassen.
Aber: Manchmal könnte es schwierig sein dieses Stück Jeans zu stylen. Die deutsche InStyle sagte “tragen Sie die Latzhose nicht mit Highheels”. Bitte! Mode sollte kein Diktat sein (außerdem habe ich viele Street-Style-Mädchen in Paris und New York City gesehen, die ihre Jeans-Latzhosen mit tausenden Varianten an Highheels kombinieren).
Eins ist sicher: Die Jeans-Latzhose ist nicht jedermanns Sache. Seid also ehrlich – was haltet ihr von ihr? Yay oder nay?

Also ich finde, dass du sie super tragen kannst, da du ja auch groß bist :)! Das Outfit steht dir wirklich bombe!
Wenn man leider etwas kleiner ist, muss man schon darauf achten, dass die Proportionen stimmen, aber so ist es ja mit allem :).
Von mir gibt es Daumen hoch <3 – ich finde auch die kurzen Varianten für den Hochsommer cool, so als Alternative für Shorts.
Ich kann mich erinnern, dass ich irgendwann mal anno 2006 ein kurzes Latzkleid besessen habe… fand mich mit damals unschuldigen 16 Jahren ganz schön sexy :D.

Being totally honest, I absolutely LOVE this denim overall on you! It definitely needs the colour pop that you’ve given it with the metallic hot pink shoes and matching tote. I don’t see why they couldn’t work with heels for nightwear, although the heel would need to be thin for sure to ensure it still looks chic! Have a lovely week 🙂

Was ich von Jeans-Latzhosen halte? Also außer dass Du wahnsinnig cool, schön und stylish damit aussiehst, liebe ich Jeans-Latzhosen sowieso schon ganz fest seit Jahrzehnten! Deswegen habe ich voriges Jahr auch keine einzige Sekunde gezögert als eine Jeans-Latzhose von Pepe dort angeboten wurde und trage sie seitdem mit Genuss 🙂 Wenn es irgendwie ginge, würde ich sie am liebsten jeden Tag anziehen, so wohl fühle ich mich damit. Allerdings trage ich sie auch mit Heels, ich gehe aber auch davon aus, dass die InStyle mehr von Mode versteht als ich …
