Nur noch wenige Stunden und dann ist es soweit: neues Jahr – neues Glück. Jedes Jahr birgt Überraschungen und Herausforderungen. 2017 war turbulent, aber weitaus angenehmer als 2016.
Only some hours are left until a new year is about to start. Every year has surprises and competitions for us. 2017 was chaotic but also very romantic and lovely and mainly more comfortable than 2016.
Das war 2017
2017 habe ich tolle Projekte begleitet und meinen Texthorizont erweitert.
Besonders gefreut habe ich mich über meinen Blog-Relaunch mit brandneuem Layout und einem Slider statt einem Hero-Header. *_*
Das Jahr 2017 war für mich besonders bedeutsam, denn ich habe Ja gesagt: Ja, zu einem großen Abenteuer und der ganz großen Liebe. Bis dass der Tod uns scheidet.
Wenn einer eine Reise macht, dann kann er was erleben: Zum ersten Mal habe ich die EU verlassen und bin hinaus in die weite Welt geflogen: nach Dubai.
Mein Weihnachtsgeschenk in diesem Jahr war etwas Besonderes, denn ich habe mir mal etwas total Neues gegönnt – weder Michael Kors noch Louis Vuitton.

In 2017 I have started amazing projects, which challenged my texting skills.
I was pretty happy about my blog relaunch with a brand new layout and a slider instead of a hero scene.
2017 was really an important year because I said “I do”: I do want an adventure of love – happily ever after until death do us part.
Experiences, other religions and habits: for the first time I left the EU for a trip into the wide world – Dubai.
My Christmas present this year was something really special. Because I pampered myself with something completely new – neither Michael Kors nor Louis Vuitton.
Blogs and the City und was Weihnachten und Silvester gemeinsam haben
Einer meiner liebsten Orte hier in Leipzig ist die Michaeliskirche am Nordplatz. Ok, ich bin zwar katholisch, aber dennoch ist sie wunderschön. Beim Abendspaziergang die Leute zu beobachten, die gerade aus der Weihnachtsmesse kommen, ist wirklich schön. Da der Vorplatz außerdem viel Platz bietet, kann man von hier aus die Silvesterraketen bestaunen, die pünktlich 00 Uhr gen Himmel starten.
Noch immer in Weihnachtsstimmung habe ich für diesen Augenblick ein Chiffonkleid mit Samtpunkten von New Look sowie hohe Stiefel gewählt, um die Kälte abzuhalten. Die Wahrheit ist aber, wie ihr im vorangegangenen Post bereits erfahren habt, dass ich mich zum Zeitpunkt dieses Posts in Italiens Hauptstadt Rom aufhalte. Es wird also noch einen kleinen Nachtrag geben.
Ich freue mich schon drauf!

Blogs and the City and what Christmas and New Year’s Eve have in common
One of my favorite places here in Leipzig is the Michaelischurch at Nordplatz. Well, I’m catholic but it’s a beautiful church. Seeing people come out in a solemn mood after the Christmassy fair is really wonderfully. Because the place in front offers lots of space you can watch the fireworks at New Year’s Eve.
Still in Christmas mood, for this occasion I decided for a chiffon dress with velvet polka dots by New Look and high boots so I can keep my legs warm. But the truth is, as you could read here, that I’m already in Italy – celebrating New Year’s Eve – when this post is up on the blog. So I will add a little appendix after coming back.
I’m so excited!
