By the way I discovered the little perfume at Zara’s. It smells very sweet but freshly. Actually it’s not something you’re really gonna apply but put on your dresser.

#TGIF, Mädels! Nur noch einige Stunden und dann könnt ihr die Seele baumeln lassen. Und weil ich in Freitagsstimmung bin, möchte ich euer Wochenende etwas zum Glitzern bringen. Und zwar mit dem Double Ring von Swarovski. Momentan bin ich verrückt nach rot-gold und so habe ich angefangen jeden Tag Schmuckstücke in dieser Farbe zu tragen. Der Ring ist etwas ganz Besonderes: Delikat, glitzernd und doch nicht zu auffällig – er versüßt mir jeden Tag die Büroarbeit. Gib einer Frau Blumen und Diamanten und sie wird es lieben
Übrigens habe ich dieses kleine niedliche Parfum bei Zara entdeckt. Es riecht sehr süß, aber frisch. Eigentlich ist es nichts, das man aufträgt, sondern sich einfach nur auf die Kommode stellt.

The Photo Finish Foundation Primer: You can wear it under your foundation to make it last the whole day long. It’s transparent, oil-free and permeate into the skin immediately.

The Photo Finish Foundation Primer Pore Minimizing: It’s almost like a BB-cream, because it has a light foundation color. I really have to say, that this one is my favorite of the set. My skin feels like velvet, so smoothly and soft. I can almost wear it without my foundation.

The 24 Hour Photo Finish Shadow Primer: It’s a base to make the eyeshadow last longer. The formula is wonderfully soft and if you apply the eye-shadow immediately it lasts a long time.

The Photo Op Eyeshadow Trio Hyperfocal: Great color combination, so that you can wear it during the day without being too much. The white part is really really bright – you can’t almost see it. So I would use it as a highlighter in the inner corner of the eye. But the deep black color compensates this. It’s really intensiv, so that you can set wonderful shadows.

Altogether: A really great set. I would abstain from the Photo Finish Primer, in my eyes it’s not really necessary if you have the Pore Minimizer (I love it!!). Smashbox gets a plus because the products are all oil-free and consist of natural elements like grape essence. Smashbox gets an extra plus because they do not test their products on animals and even use in vitro instead!

Ich habe mich so gefreut, als ich eine E-Mail vom Beauty-Shop Douglas in meinem Postkasten hatte, die mir mitteilte, dass ich das Smashbox-Set gewonnen hätte. Allerdings hatte ich so viel zu tun, dass viel Zeit verging bis ich endlich meine Bewertung veröffentlichen konnte. Und hier ist sie nun:

The Photo Finish Foundation Primer Pore Minimizing: Man kann sie unter dem Make-up auftragen und soll dieses länger haltbar machen. Es ist durchsichtig, ölfrei und zieht sofort in die Haut ein.

The Photo Finish Foundation Primer Pore Minimizing: Dieses Produkt ähnelt einer BB-Cream, da es eine natürliche Hauttonfarbe hat. Ich muss wirklich sagen, dass er mein Favorit des Sets ist. Meine Haut fühlt sich wie Samt an, zart und weich. Ich kann es fast pur ohne Make-up tragen.

The 24 Hour Photo Finish Shadow Primer: Hier handelt es sich um eine Lidschatten-Base. Die Textur ist angenehm weich und wenn man sofort den Lidschatten aufträgt, hält dieser auch eine lange Zeit.

The Photo Op Eyeshadow Trio Hyperfocal: Eine tolle Farbzusammensetzung, so dass man den Lidschatten auch tagsüber tragen kann, ohne dass es nach zu viel aussieht. Der weiße Teil ist wirklich sehr sehr hell – man kann ihn kaum sehen. Also, würde ich die Farbe als Highlighter im inneren Augenwinkel einsetzen. Allerdings entschädigt die tiefe schwarze Farbe. Sie ist sehr intensiv, so dass man tolle Schatten setzen kann.

Summasumarum: Ein wirklich tolles Set. Ich könnte auf den Photo Finish Primer verzichten, da er meiner Ansicht nach nicht notwendig ist, wenn man auch den Pore Minimizer hat (ich liebe ihn!!). Smashbox bekommt ein Plus, weil ihre Kosmetik ölfrei und aus natürlichen Elementen wie Traubenextrakt besteht. Smashbox bekommt ein extra Plus, weil sie ihre Produkte nicht an Tieren testen, sondern sogar in vitro verwenden!

♘ Sante Natural Cosmetics – Mascara. Original product for voluminous lashes.

♘ Maybelline New York – Color Elixir. An original product that gives the lip lots of shine. The formula is very soft and not sticky. But: Maybelline is not free of animal testing. But congrats to Glossybox that they handled bringing this huge company into the box!

♘ Figs & Rouge – Mini Hand Cream. A wonderful smelling hand cream in original size that shall be 100 percent pure and natural. On the website they claim that their stuff is not tested on animals but it’s not about the products itself but the ingredients, which are tested on animals. The most ingredients are categorized to be chemicals, which have to be tested on animals in most cases. This is the problem.

♘ Benefit Cosmetics – It’s potent! Eye cream. A test version that shall reduce dark circles under the eyes. Benefit does test their ingredients on animals.

♘ Eau Thermal Avène – Cleansing Lotion. Unfortunately a test version. I just love Avène and their products. They’re all free of animal testing!

Result: It’s is totally POP! I love the products, it’s a wonderful melange. I can’t wait to get the October edition!

Als ich diese Perlen sah, wusste ich dass sie der ultimative Weg sind Perlen zu tragen. Perlen sind immer sehr traditionell und können manchmal altbacken wirken, aber dieses Design verleiht ihnen etwas Neues, etwas Frisches. Danke, Dior!

Result: Sorry, dears! You know I’m a huge Glossybox fan but this edition was just lame (not to mention the fragrance heart version). Nevertheless: Happy Birthday and keep up the good work!
